I'm originally from North Carolina but I've lived in Washington, DC, England, El Salvador, and Spain and traveled extensively across 5 continents. My international exposure has taught me patience, adaptability, and how to communicate effectively among diverse teams.

I've contributed my expertise in user experience design, project management, and business strategy as a consultant driving digital experience strategy and implementation for Fortune 500 companies and leading international organizations.

I believe the human-centered approach to problem solving is key to developing sustainable solutions. Design thinking and agile methods are my go-tos for challenging assumptions, building consensus, and delivering innovative user experiences.

I’m driven by my desire to help others. I helped establish and currently chair Wake Forest University's Network of Women (DC Chapter) which provides womxn of the WFU community with opportunities for personal and professional development, volunteering, and networking. I'm also a huge animal lover with a big heart and foster dogs through DC PAWS rescue, resulting in two doggos remaining in the family permanently. 

On the weekends you can find me plotting which country to explore next, jamming out on my keyboard, and trying (unsuccessfully) to teach my dog to fetch.
